Customer Contact Agent (Full-Time, Telesales)
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing consumers via telephone that have been identified and targeted as having needs for our clients` product presentation. You will up-sell these existing customers by presenting and promoting the value of various product benefits. You will identify sales opportunities, and handle customer objections to achieve sales targets

If you hold:

- Retail and/or telesales experience
- Superior oral & written English or English/French* communication skills
- A dedication and charisma to offer quality customer contacts
