| Customer Contact Agent (Part-Time, Telesales) |
|
| In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing consumers via telephone that have been identified and targeted as having needs for our clients` product presentation. You will up-sell these existing customers by presenting and promoting the value of various product benefits. You will identify sales opportunities, and handle customer objections to achieve sales targets |
|
If you hold: |
- Retail and/or telesales experience
- Superior oral & written English or
English/French* communication skills
- A dedication and charisma to offer quality
customer contacts |

- Permanent Part Time evening/weekend positions

(minimum requirements: 3 nights/week & 2
Saturdays/month)
